Continuing our expansion into residential sales and commercial property sales and lettings, we have the following vacancies:

Sales & Lettings Negotiators

We are seeking sales and lettings negotiators who will be resposible for:

• Front line sales and marketing
• Property valuations
• Sales and lettings negotiation
• Conduct viewings
• General day-to-day tasks

To be considered for this role, applicants will:

• Have experience of residential property sales and lettings negotiation
• Have experience of commercial sales and lettings (training will be provided to the right candidate)
• Be able to demonstrate a history of dependability and trustworthiness
• Have an organised, self sufficient and professional approach with an eye to detail
• Be computer literate with good written English

Maintenance/Handy-Person

We are seeking a maintenance/handy-person to be responsible for:

• Property maintenance and repairs
• Tenant move-in/move-out
• Sales/lettings boards
• General day-to-day tasks

To be considered for this role, applicants will:

• Be able to demonstrate a history of dependability and trustworthiness
• Have an organised, self sufficient and professional approach with an eye to detail
• Be computer literate with good written English
